Units of measure

The metric (SI) system is used throughout. Linear m¹, area m², volume m³, weight (mass) Kg. The imperial system is declining in use and is seldom used. There are anomalies whereby the USA still uses feet/inches/pounds etc. and letting agents may still use square feet (ft²) but conversions are easily applied.
